A very thought out, well planned and well executed career counselling process. She helped my daughter identify her strengths, interest and weaknesses and guided us accordingly. I did career assessment for my son who is studying in 9th std. The report I received had 95% accuracy. During counselling session, Counseller Padmaja Ganpatye explained the report very well to us.
